Waves: 1ft... poor-fair conditions
SW winds @ 5-10kt.
The Scoop: This afternoon we have a very smalll SE background swell in the ankle to knee high range. Currently, we are at low tide, which is making most spots very shallow and dumpy. Most spots are not worth surfing today. The wind is moderate out of the SW and the ocean surface is semi clean. It could be fun on a bigger board at mid tide.
