The Scoop: This morning we have a developing ESE swell in the water for the Jersey Shore region, with wave heights coming through in the waist to stomach high range or so. Right now, at low tide, the conditions are poor with moderate ESE winds @ 10-15kt, creating a sloppy and disorganized surface. The winds are projected to pick up more and the rain should fall throughout most of the day, leaving all beaches empty. Not looking like a great day for surf by any means. Make the best out of your Sunday!
