10th Annual Chip Miller Surf Fest

This year's Annual Chip Miller Surf Fest was held in Ocean City, NJ to warm and clear weather with waist high surf. The charitable event hosted an assortment of different surf contests for a wide number of groups- from men's, to groms, to womens, to SUP and more.

Race for the Gold Heats Up in Nicaragua

As the DAKINE ISA World Junior Surfing Championship approaches its final days of competition, the race for the Gold Medals and Team Champion Trophy intensified. The surf continued to pump in the 3-4 foot range, with many overhead sets, and with Nicaragua's legendary offshore wind blowing from dawn till dusk, for the fourth day in a row.

Kelly Slater (USA), 41, has won the Volcom Fiji Pro over Mick Fanning (AUS), 31, in pumping six-to-eight foot (2 metre) barrels at Cloudbreak, simultaneously launching to No. 1 on the ASP World Championship Tour (WCT) rankings.

Stop No. 4 of 10 on the ASP WCT, the Volcom Fiji Pro saw several days of world-class surf at both Restaurants and Cloudbreak and a series of mixed results from the ASP Top 34 frontrunners shook up the current race for the ASP World Title.
