It’s a whole lot easier to find the spice when you’re cooking in your own kitchen. And nobody knows the ins and outs of Lowers’ cobblestone cookhouse more than San Clemente’s very own Kolohe Andino. He’s always been a hopeful to take the hometown win, but has never held his own come the final rounds. But every year’s chances are independent from the last, and there’s no better time than now for Kolohe to rise to the occasion in his backyard.
