Sure, Bertha was fun, but yesterday was twice as good, and with much less hype. It’s not often you find the combination of head-overhead hollow pits and light offshore winds during the middle of August. From sunrise to sunset, NJ absolutely went off, with many surfers claiming the best swell since the Spring.
