Cape May

Friday September 3rd 2010 6:30 am

Waves: 1-3ft fair conditions

N winds @ 5-10kt.

The Scoop: This morning we still have some nice waves coming through in the waist high range with top sets running about stomach high or so. Though not as good as yesterday in the a.m., there is still some action out there worth paddling out for. With Earl just a few hours South of us, the waves will be picking up throughout the day and will peak right before dark. Currently, we are approaching low tide and it seems to be making most spots work. Still a bit of morning sickness out there right now and there is a marine layer hovering over the beaches. Winds are light and the ocean surface is clean. Pick a spot and hit it!
